I have worked in the fitness industry since 2013, beginning my work as a personal trainer alongside my studies. During my Physiotherapy degree at the University of Limerick, I co-founded Triage Method Ltd. and proceeded to grow the business while graduating with First Class Honours. Following my Physiotherapy degree, I proceeded to study Medicine at University College Cork, graduating in 2023 with First Class Honours.Triage Method Ltd. is currently in its 6th year, and we now employ a team of 8 coaches in total, most of whom have dual training in Personal Training and either Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, or Biomedical Sciences. This sets our team apart from most fitness companies, as we aim to bridge the gap between personal training and healthcare.
