I'm a Chartered Psychologist and Solution Focused Coach (Personal and Professional Development) providing consulting services in the areas of psychology, coaching and research for individuals and organizations. I've taught psychology, research methods and learning skills in several UK universities. Swim Out to Meet It!' I'm based in Birmingham and Edinburgh, UK. My overall career aim is to keep communicating psychological, research and coaching principles and insights, to a wider audience, in an accessible and engaging way, and helping people to get the best out of themselves.I have extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, working independently and in collaboration – often in multi-disciplinary teams, with a range of organizations.
