Enrollment completed in October 2012. 2-year follow-up.- Responsible for all aspects of managing research sites associated with Protocol P-277-5-3YR, One Year Follow-Up of Subjects Previously Completing Two Year Participation in Protocol P-277-5, A Prospective, Multicenter Clinical Trial of the PresVIEW™ Scleral Implant (PSI) for the Improvement of Near Visual Acuity in Presbyopic Patients (Modified PSI Design SGP-046).- Site manager of 6 locations: 4 US FDA study sites (personally managed 48% of the entire study cohort as 1 of 4 site managers) and 2 European sites- Worked directly with Executive Leadership Team on all marketing projects and all conference planning- Prepared all abstracts, posters, data graphs and PowerPoint presentations for US and international Ophthalmology meetings.- Responsible for all booth planning and US and international conferences- Worked with marketing budgets, CRO, IRB, monitors, EDC system, CRF development, SAS files, Sub-studies, and Annual Report preparation- Traveled 40-50% of the timeSignificant Accomplishments: -Developed and refined the ‘Best Practices’ process (strategic coordination of advertising, lead tracking, call center, phone screening and seminars) and increased rate of enrollment 5-fold, which helped to complete enrollment several months prior to projections (a savings of over $15M, which helped maintain continued funding of the study)- Launched first commercial site in Europe (Dublin)
