ACT on it, mindfulness for teens Inc., is a registered health promotion charity registered under ACNC and regulated under CAV Australia. We are developing a free smartphone app based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which will be released in 2017. This app will be accessible to teens, while suitable for adults.
