With 25 years of experience in business transformation, I specialize in the people element of digital and technology implementation, advising clients at C-suite and Steering Committee level on aspects of their people agenda. As a Partner with EY, I led the EMEIA network of 23 EY wavespaces, EY's collaboration-innovation "labs", where I worked with the world's major organizations and their leadership teams to solve some of their stickiest problems, and even a few mundane ones. This role and team is critical to EY’s top line growth as a direct influencer of Sales and Pipeline, and a key indicator of Customer Success.Having had the privilege of living and working across every continent (except South America!), these experiences are absorbed and reflected in my daily work – enabling me to rapidly build relationships, meaningfully connect others cross-culturally and provide the advice and solutions needed to drive organizations. My work has taken me to interesting markets such as Mozambique, Kazakhstan, and Qatar, where I have leveraged my cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills to build relationships and provide solutions. I have also contributed to multiple publications and international conferences on transformational change management, sharing my insights and best practices. Additionally, I am passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and I mentor aspiring leaders from diverse backgrounds through Roots Inspire and in the past as a sponsor of EY Switzerland's Mosaic community. I hold a PhD in Leadership and Innovation, a PMP certification, a Scrum Master certification, and a coaching certification, which provide the academic grounding needed to drive pragmatic business decisions.25 years experience of Business Transformation includes:- Expertise in managing Transformation, Technology, Innovation, and Change- Senior transformation roles for EY and Accenture in the US, South Africa, India, Switzerland and Singapore- Focus on asset intensive industries such as Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Mining, and Chemicals
