With a multifaceted background in public health, behavioral health, training and development, and leadership coaching, my goal is to empower individuals to become "Resilience Ready" so they can achieve their goals no matter the circumstances.In the professional arena, I have dedicated years to education, training, and hands-on work in public health, behavioral health, and training and development. I believe the magic happens when interdisciplinary teams collaborate. I've had the honor of being a part of such teams spanning the health and human services, business, and communication sectors. My roles have been varied and rich in experience:- Serving as a consultant and providing technical assistance.- Designing curricula and stepping into the shoes of a trainer.- Embracing my role as a family partner with lived experience as a grandfamily caregiver, raising my cousin’s child.- Employing my skills as a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a licensed clinical addictions specialist to help individuals and their families.- Coaching individuals and teams in diverse spheres: health and leadership.With every role, every interaction, and every challenge, I have learned and grown, always with an unwavering commitment to uplift and empower the community I serve.
