While I continue to practice orthodontics, I recently created a group to help dentists and specialists better understand the challenges they face in the entrepreneurial aspects of their practices. Our Facebook group currently has over 3900 orthodontists and the blog Orthopreneurs.com gets international readership every day. My podcast, The Orthopreneurs Show has been listened to over 10,000 times.

The Orthopreneurs Summit is an orthodontic meeting that brings world experts in the business of practice management and leadership together with some of the top orthodontists in the country. The 2019 meeting already has over 600 registered attendees and is entitled "Breath Easier: Your Practice and Your Patients".
