Work closely with the Title IX Office.Work closely on projects that include new student orientation, enrollment strategy, supporting students in distress, divisional assessment activities, budget activities, facilities growth, emergency management, policy exceptions, and supporting student success and retention initiatives. Provide collaborative leadership for the five main "helping" areas of the Division of Student Affairs:-Housing & Residence Life-University Counseling Center-Office of Disability Services-Student Health & Wellness-Student Judicial AffairsSupporting almost 5,000 students, by making cross-campus connections between students' health/wellness and behavioral needs; and, their retention, matriculation and graduation. Worked directly with New Student Orientation and transitioning students into the university.Oversee the staffing of over 60 professional and 80 paraprofessional team members, and annual budgets of over $11 million dollars for these divisional areas. Perform periodic costs and productivity analyses, assessment, and strategic planning for divisional areas. Serve as the chairperson of the University Food Service Committee; Behavioral Intervention Team, and Student Affairs Crisis Assessment Team, and convene routing meetings with both groups. Served as a Title IX Deputy working closely with compliance and investigations. Lead the Division of Student Affairs in the absence of the Vice President of Student Affairs, and represents both the division and the Vice President on various university planning and policy-writing committees, and within local, regional and national communities when requested.

- Chief Housing Officer providing leadership for and management of the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
