• Conduct donor research and profile development, as requested by chapters and field staff, using, Nexis, iWave pro, DonorSearch, WealthEngine, 10k Wizard, Foundation Center Online and other search engines. Provide information including biographical material, financial assets, relationship to the institution, philanthropic areas of interest, gift potential, and affiliations to other organizations. • Proactively manage and prioritize research workflow, including tracking and ensuring timely completion of requests.• Proactively identify potential donor prospects through wealth screening (Researcher’s Edge) and news sources. Disseminate information to the appropriate Development team members, and provide consulting assistance when appropriate• Manage donor and prospect information within PledgeMaker, ensuring that all are properly identified and current information is incorporated into their files. Develop training materials and provide instruction and support to Development staff to ensure effective use of the prospect tracking system.• Manage department relationship with IT with the responsibility for developing and modifying development reports, resolving staff technical problems and beta testing and implementing the new Clearview interface to PledgeMaker.
