Contract / Consultation Assignment:Functioning as the Customer Service Product Owner responsible for the Vision, Roadmap, Prioritization, Delegation, Planning, Stakeholder management, and implementation of building out and advancing PPLs foundational cloud-based Microsoft Azure data platform for customer intelligence and advanced analytics.Program includes setting up data ingestion, consolidation, and visualization. Data ingestion challenges are related to the sources from PPL’s systems of record and support of high data volume/velocity (~1 billion records daily) and latency needs in line with intended use cases (i.e. real time to support customer service representative access to customer data / insights). After the creation of a foundational data platform, responsible to maintain and motivate the product team while continuing to work within the Agile Framework to complete the full implementation of AMI meter data customer analytics use cases, IVR data use cases, Web data use cases, Call Center use cases, and Management Operations use cases utilizing Data Factory, Databricks, and PowerBI Dashboards.Objective of this assignment is to build a foundational cloud-based data platform for customer intelligence and analytics as a replacement of PPL’s existing IBM Netezza data warehouse appliances and further build and extend into more use cases and applications.

Additional responsibilities including managing multiple parallel IT software and infrastructure initiatives.
