In 1988, her vision became a reality with the formation of White Rock Center of Hope - an ecumenical ministry supported by 13 area churches.In 1999, WRCH moved to its current location on Garland Road - a 16,000 square foot facility with room for a Thrift Store and for expanded basic needs services to support people experiencing challenging times. In 2021 long-time Executive Director Ted Beechler retired, and the Board selected Dr. Greg Smith as the organization’s new leader. In 2022, programming expanded from basic needs (food, clothing, and financial assistance) to include empowerment programming. Today, with the help of more than 50 faith and business partners and more than 1,000 volunteers, WRCH provides hope with love to more than 7,000 East Dallas residents a year.

I was selected to be the organization's first Associate Executive Director and tasked with improving overall operations and performance. In 2020, MMC served more people than ever before - positively impacting over 5,000 people in the Mansfield ISD community. 𝐈𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀✓ increasing neighbor access by co-locating clinical and non-clinical services✓ streamlining intake process and improving neighbor utilization of relevant MMC offerings✓ implementing virtual options for core services, including launching telehealth for adult primary care medical appointments and videoconferencing for financial coaching, employment coaching, and emergency financial assistance 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀✓ overseeing clinic renovations to double medical practice capacity and implement EHR✓ initiating new partnerships, including Rx for Ex with the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA ✓ creating, regularly revising, and training staff and volunteers on rapidly changing protocols, processes and procedures during the pandemic for thrift store, mission food market, medical practice, financial and employment coaching, emergency financial assistance, and resource navigation𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗠𝗖 In 1979 First Methodist Church in Mansfield (TX) started a new ministry that grew into a significant benevolence program supported by a thrift store. In 2013, recognizing that the continued growth was best served by a broader approach, the church created a 501(c)3: Wesley Mission Center. This new entity adopted an empowerment framework. In 2018, WMC rebranded to become the Mansfield Mission Center. Motivated by Christ’s love for all, today the Mansfield Mission Center promotes comprehensive wellbeing so that all who call Mansfield ISD home can thrive. Current programs and services focus on the social determinants of health, and are conducted in partnership with other non-profit organizations.

In March 2019 the former Linda Nix Family Caring Place Clinic became part of Mansfield Mission Center. I oversaw this transition, delivering✓ unified eligibility processes for new combined organization✓ increased medical services by growing volunteerism by 400%✓ improved quality and safety through drafting and implementing policies and procedures (e.g., credentialing and privileging) and securing FTCA malpractice insurance from HRSA

After successfully launching the organization's social enterprise, I shifted to a consultant role.Projects included ✓ updating job descriptions✓ developing standard operating procedures✓ securing grant funding.

In August 2017, I was chosen as the organization's first Director of Social Enterprise, and tasked with scaling the existing thrift store business that provided the majority of MMC's funding. Key accomplishments include✓ managing the construction of a 10,000 square foot thrift store✓ creating a comprehensive business plan✓ increasing annual revenue by $250K ✓ implementing KPIs✓ developing and delivering role specific training for staff and volunteers

When the former National Director of Learning returned to academia, the SVP of Experience and the CEO promoted me to the position. My team provided strategic learning solutions to enable rapid growth from 1,200 to 4,000 employees providing mobile integrated healthcare and home health services.Key accomplishments include ✓ creating comprehensive new employee orientation programs for Mobile Integrated Healthcare and for Home Care Services✓ overseeing the creation of initial clinical policies and procedures for Medical Operations and for the Medical Command Clinical Practices✓ leading all aspects of online course development, creating 50+ e-learning courses✓ launching new initiatives including employee engagement, gamification, mobile learning, leadership development, and academic partnerships

Guided a declining congregation through the identification of core strengths and key values, creation of a purpose statement, and commitment to live into this vision while searching for a permanent pastor.

Led lifelong learning and faith enrichment programs through a season of unparalleled growth, increasing educational sessions offered by 250% and attendance by 300%, while also launching premier lecture series featuring Diana Butler Bass, Marcus Borg, and John Shelby Spong.

Established unity in a conflicted congregation and oversaw the congregation's social enterprise initiative: a thrift store that generated $700K in annual revenue.
