After practicing chiropractic on opposite sides of the country for more than 10 years, my brother and I realized that we were seeing a new trend among our patients: a majority of the injuries we were treating for were caused by sedentary behavior. Realizing that prolonged sitting is a condition of the workplace, and not an individual behavior, we saw a tremendous opportunity to bring movement to the corporate setting. What blossomed as a simple solution to help our patients move more throughout the day has now transformed into an incredible wellness program, Voom. Voom takes wellness to the next level by bringing stretching, strengthening, and fitness video micro-breaks to users once an hour, and keeps employees active and engaged in their health through points, badges, and challenges. With 86% of American workers sitting in offices, we are truly passionate about changing the way the entire country works one business at a time.
