Developing new simple and viable solution phase methods for synthesis and doping of layered 2D materials including heterostructured p-n junctions (transition metal dichalcogenides (MoS2, WSe2, MoSe2,WS2,...etc)), Also examine their opto elctronic properties and catalytic studies in various applications including in hydrogen evolution. Extensive knowledge and operational skills in TEM, SEM/EDAX, UV-Visible/Fluorescnce,Raman, AFM, XPS,and Powder XRD.
