I started my career as a mental health secretary in the UK’s NHS.In 2018 I experienced burnout brought on by a prolonged high-pressured work situation and personal stress. I draw on this experience coaching others as we work to strengthen the health and well-being pillar in people's working working lives. I am a credentialed professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and an accredited individual team coach at practitioner level (ITCA) with EMCC Global. A humanities-trained thinker, I have a PhD in theology (interpretation) and have published in this area. I am mental health awareness trained.After 15+ years in London, I now live in the Scottish Highlands where I am a trustee for a local civic organisation. I love exercising with friends at the end of my working day.
