Lab operations: Multiplex PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, 3M Petrifilm, quantitative analysis of bacteria/yeast and mold, Process Control Testing, Meat Process Control Testing, sample preparation/handling, chemical titrations, Fat chemistry, Soxtech Petroleum Ether Extraction system, aseptic technique, maintenance of proficiency training in compliance with an ISO accredited food and environmental laboratory, quantitative anaerobe testing, confirmation testing using IMS (Immunomagnetic Separation with Dynabeads), travel for satellite laboratory onsite set-up and operations, media preparation/stock maintenance, API proficiency testing (A+ Class and A2LA accreditation), Colilert coliform testing system (and Quantitray), proprietary MPN testing, lateral flow immune testing, conductivity testing, residue/moisture testing, harvest monitoring, biohazard handling (including Armor method of toxin deactivation), biohazard shipping protocol, warehouse shipping/receiving, forklift operation, third party sample preparation and submission, water sample collection, sample courier, onsite food and environmental sampling;Lab equipment: Eppendorf and Thermo Thermocyclers, UV visualization imaging systems, laminar flow hoods, water sample collection system, desiccators, stomachers, gel boxes, vortexers/rotators, peristaltic pumps, pipette aids, digital and serological pipettes, various incubators, autoclaves, pH/conductivity meters, chlorine meters, dark field colony counters, water baths, chemistry ovens, light boxes, analytical balances, IR thermometers, hygrometers, barometers, air quality testing pumps, etc.
