Mr. Rhea provides management and technical support to the Nation’s defense and aerospace industries. Mr. Rhea career consisted of 14 years in public service in the US Air Force and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) prior to transition into the private sector. Prior to joining ClancyJG International, Inc. as a partner and as the Vice President, he supported two internationally-known providers of products and services to the Department of Defense (DOD), NASA, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Major Prime Contractors, departing this phase of his career as a Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. His educational background includes graduate study in systems management from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Chapman University.
