The training system provided for current employees (webinar Teams trainings); for new employees with eLearning movies (step-through followed by action sequence within the platform); and a 45-minute movie for platform use for Client users. Mastered three cloud-based platforms for Veeva Systems then analyzed the Training Programs in terms of engagement, product use (role, user, and scenario), and authentic assessment.
