I have a PhD in Molecular Genetics, am PMP trained and I have nearly 20 years of academic and industry experience. I have worked with Large pharma, and mid-size CRO and also and international research organizations. I am a senior clinical operations leader with significant responsibilities in planning, directing and evaluating all aspects of clinical trial delivery with a strong focus on biomarker/bioanalytical activities within the early clinical trial development area. My work takes me to the heart of drug development and delivery, and I lead a team of operational experts delivering high quality science and patient services. My work has also focused on not only the operational execution of the clinical trial space, but also on ethical governance and oversight of all biological samples: ensuring the patient's rights is always protected. I have line managed a global team (for over 10 years), ensuring that each employee is valued and appreciated for the work that they do.I am a skilled communicator with the interpersonal skills to collaborate with the various stakeholders that have input into the development of a medicine. These include (but not limited to); science, researchers, site staff, data science and CROs.
