What do I do? I am a holistic chiropractor dedicated to facilitating, supporting and helping adults and children to increase their level of wellness and well being. Understanding that we can utilize the power of our minds to enhance our level of health & well being has been the focus of my career and personal journey. Recently, I have take a deep passion to reach and teach children some of these empowering concept and made it tangible by creating an activity book. This ignites and nurtures the naturally curious and creative mind of a child and makes learning fun. The focus of the first book is on GRATITUDE which is a powerful, health and life enhancing practice.Why? I have been supporting adults and children to increase their health and the most powerful gift that each of us has is the ability to shift our minds, to choose what we want to focus on and co-create our reality. Why the books? To be able to reach more children, to stimulate positive and affirming conversations at home and schools and to plant the seeds of empowerment.
