I also processed monthly STIGs and SCAP to DOD Security Controls Regulations, and accounted for POA&M, SCTM, and AISSPs programs. Before that, I was a Help Desk Specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology, where I gained deep familiarity with concepts involving SMTP, POP3, Exchange and Active Directory relationships, Custom attributes, 3rd party Archiving, and Email delivery, and performed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x and 6.x installation, configuration, administration and upgrade.I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and applying them to solve complex problems and improve security and efficiency.
