Dr. Hadi Shaker Naeeni is an experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. In his role as a Fellow, Dr. Shaker Naeeni has been recognized for his significant contributions to psychiatry—a distinction awarded to those with over 10 years of continuous membership and a proven commitment to advancing mental health care. His fellowship reflects a dedication to setting high standards, supporting and leading colleagues in psychiatry, and working closely with patients, carers, and their networks.Dr. Shaker Naeeni currently serves as a Lead Consultant in an NHS Trust in the home counties surrounding Greater London. His training began with core psychiatry education at the renowned Royal London & Bart’s Training Scheme, followed by specialization in child and adolescent psychiatry under the auspices of the University of Cambridge’s Developmental Psychiatry Section. For over 20 years, since 2001, he has had the privilege of working alongside pioneers in the field. His expertise includes neurodevelopmental disorders, such as ADHD, as well as co-occurring conditions like anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, and issues stemming from adverse childhood experiences.Dr. Shaker Naeeni is also recognized by the GMC in the roles of Named Clinical Supervisor and Named Educational Supervisor.Dr. Shaker-Naeeni actively collaborates with peers across the UK and internationally, as reflected in his ResearchGate profile, where his research outputs have engaged readers and garnered citations.
