Dr. Huma Ajmal is a qualified medical practitioner with several years of diverse experience working in Australia, Middle East and in Asia. Currently working as Medical Director, she is a senior member of the practice, and as such participates in all decisions and accountability regarding the management of the practice. She provides strategic and operational advice related to the functional areas of accountability for the position. She leads a culture of excellence based on the organisation’s values to ensure the organisation delivers patient/client focused service in an adaptive, responsive and performance oriented manner. She supervises, leads, directs and manages the senior and junior medical services to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe health services for patients/clients.She provides leadership and oversees the clinical governance system including clinical quality and safety systems, clinical risk management, quality improvement, medication management and accreditation compliance.She is a highly competent General Practitioner known for excelling in fast track and high stress environments. A trusted, patient focused, and a patient advocate who puts patients at ease and establish subtle and difficult to make diagnoses. Dr. Huma is a fellow GP. The Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) is a specialist general practice qualification accredited by the Australian Medical Council.Due to her experience in multiple countries and continents, she can fairly speak languages from few other regions, and has experience caring for patients from a range of cultural backgrounds.
