I have worked with children who have special needs for over 20 years, I am a yoga instructor and incorporate mindfulness and yoga activities in my classroom. I am very thankful for my yoga training as it goes hand in hand in helping students, children and adults alike, learn self control so they can make healthy choices even when they are experiencing difficult or negative emotions.
