Established company for oil and gas exploration in the Gulf Coast region, specifically the Eagle Ford, Pearsall, and Tuscaloosa Marine Shale Plays.Key Accomplishments:٠ Acquired an approximately 1.8K-acre lease in Gonzales County (Eagle Ford oil window) and sold the lease for 178% return and 2.5% override in 38 days.٠ Acquired an approximately 1.2K-acre lease in Wilkerson, MS in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale for 163% return and 1.5% override in six months.٠ Raised funds for a second Wilkerson County transaction; provided due diligence on approximately 1.5K acres.
