Mr. Rickerson has over 20 years of professional experience in security program planning and consulting as well as the design, engineering, specification, and project management of a diverse array of technology solutions. His project experience spans a wide variety of markets including Healthcare, Higher Education, Community Colleges, K-12, Corporate, High-Tech, Public Sector, Data Centers, and Museums. Technical areas of expertise include electronic access control and alarm monitoring, video surveillance, video analytics, intrusion detection, CPTED, Security Operations Centers (SOC), emergency communications, telecom, and various other low-voltage systems. His experience with systems integration coordination, administration and operations management planning, organizational best practices and staffing, electrified locking door hardware and keying systems, and constructability coordination greatly enhances his ability to lead projects to a successful completion in real-world deployments. Mr. Rickerson is a Member of the ASIS International Security Architecture and Engineering Council. He concluded his Chapter Officer leadership position as Chair of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of ASIS International in 2017. This position was a four-year commitment which included the Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice Chair positions.
