Manage the Derdack Enterprise Alert project after inheritance from a previous coworker. Administer ADS groups and provide demos and product support. Working with finding innovative and creative solutions to the limitations of the software and the expectations from the customer base.Integration of Derdack with the various systems currently in place within Data Center Operations, including CA Workload Automation (D’Series) and Nagios.Maintain customer facing web pages and internal pages using HTML, PHP, Javascript, Python, and some SQL.Use of monitoring software such as Nagios, WhatsUp Gold, EPMS, and SiteScan to ensure uptime on critical systems and to escalate to an appropriate team with urgency.Daily use of SSH to manipulate files and users on various VM nodes used in the production and staging environments for multiple job duties (Nagios, Production Services, and Web Development).Develop, test, and deploy of Automated Batch Scheduling processes that allow script and database automation. Familiarity with enterprise applications used by Indiana University, and data protection policies, including HIPAA and FERPA.Experience with various API structures with applications used at the enterprise level. Projects have included using APIs from Box, Slack, JIRA, Derdack, and Footprints.Frequent use of Active Directory tools for customer management
