I’m Dries, a functioning music addict with a passion for the planet.

After ten years as an educator in the social sector, I decided to radically change my life in 2018.

Having gradually honed my skills as both a copywriter and a journalist at several music related blogs and magazines in the years prior, I took the leap to go fully freelance that summer.

It was exciting, and the first thing I did was jump on a plane and spend the next year working fully remotely for several international companies in the music and gaming industry. During this time abroad, I also spent several months volunteering throughout Latin America.

Then covid hit, and, hungry to keep expanding my skill set, I enrolled in uni at the age of 35.

As a student of International Communication and Media at Thomas More in Mechelen, I discovered my love for strategic thinking and coming up with out-of-the-box creative ideas.Now, I feel more than ready to use my skills to help create a lasting and positive change in our society.
