As a Data Scientist at Cropland, I leverage my diverse academic background and passion for data to drive impactful solutions. I hold a Master's degree in Business and Economics with a focus on Sustainability Engineering from the University of Antwerp, where I specialized in strategy and organization and minored in data science. During my final years at university, I also earned microdegrees in Artificial Intelligence and AI for Healthcare from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, deepening my expertise in machine learning and deep learning.My journey into data science began during my studies in commercial engineering, sparking a deep interest that shaped my career aspirations. At Cropland, my role extends beyond traditional data science to include data engineering, machine learning engineering, and software development. I also enjoy building APIs and creating interactive data applications.I am passionate about the innovations in large language models (LLMs) and robotics, always eager to explore the latest advancements in these fields. Outside of work, I have a long-standing connection with the scouting community and now spend my free time bouldering, climbing, running, and exploring new hiking trails.
