I am a scientist by education driven by curiosity and value creation. After receiving my PhD and working for a few years as senior scientist, I managed several teams in the R&I domain. By combining my science skills, team management experiences and an MBA, I am a well-recognized innovation process leader who successfully introduced several innovation processes. I am passionate by bringing together a great team, great innovation concepts, and a well-designed innovation process to create meaningful innovations that can impact business, people, and planet at scale.Over the past years, I am leading an innovation pipeline time that drives innovation forwards by continuously monitoring the innovation project portfolio and match against strategy.
