Worked as a shift lead by assigning duties to staff as needed and reported back to manager on duty as tasks were completed. Attained a food handler's license and insured proper handling, storage and rotation of all products in the dining area and kitchen. Maintained different items and supplies needed for day to day use such as stocking food for cooks, stocking paper goods behind counter for staff to ease service and stocking miscellaneous items in dining area for customer needs. Used the computer system to update food and beer menus digitally in order to provide new menus and beer lists for customers.
