Key Responsibilities:IT Support: I provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, offering assistance via phone, email, or in-person.Network Management: My responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, etc.System Administration: I administer and monitor servers and workstations to ensure their smooth operation. This involves tasks like routine maintenance and updates.Software and Hardware Procurement: I collaborate with customers and internal teams.User Training: I provide training and guidance to employees.IT Projects: I actively participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.Future Goals:As an Information Technology and services Manager, my ongoing commitment is to elevate the technological capabilities of our organization while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
