As Foundation leadership, I was responsible for supporting the initiatives of DCCCD through integrated roles. One leadership role was developing a vision and overseeing the overall management of the major gifts program, managing relationships and securing support from donors who are capable of making gifts major gifts. I managed an expansive prospects portfolio, as well as manage all district major gift officers, and administrative projects. As the Director, I developed and implemented a plan for major gift fundraising for DCCCD.
