- Architected IBF as a global connector in 2014. IBF has grown since into a decentralised consulting think tank to assess the impact of large industrial projects on the environment and local communities, ultimately building better futures for all. IBF operates through a network of +2000 innovative futurists in 25 countries ready to support the growth of organizations that develop impact projects cutting across the social, environmental and economic areas of sustainable development. IBF’s solutions range from executive advice to project coordination. So far, we have delivered +80 solutions across the +25 countries we have operated for iconic brands such as the United Nations, Hatch, Sun Cable, Catoca-Endiama, among others.- Form partnerships with iconic brands to design and deliver international annual forums (e.g. Women Sustainability Forum) gathering +200 attendees (international organisations, private sector, government and civil society organisations) across three regions. Past forums have taken place in Japan, Colombia, Chile, Zambia and digital format and have resulted in capacity-building initiatives and training on sustainability for women and men, from the global south.- Co-create multi-stakeholder collaborations (International Boards for Sustainable Futures) as tools for fostering innovation in the countries where IBF operates. - Establishment of industry-academia partnerships resulting in cross-border collaboration public engagements, such as the ‘Conversation Series’, a platform that gathered +100 stakeholders from the government, business and civil society organisations to discuss issues of concern on business and economics, particularly in the context of Australia. The latest ‘Conversation Series was co-organised in collaboration with researchers at The University of Queensland adhered to the Earth Governance Project.- Increase technical and scientific production and project delivery resulting in 4 books, 34 book chapters, 8 journal articles, 1 Scientific Journal Special Issue, 3 policy reports, 3 supervised Master students, 10 grant submissions and 10 public engagements. Regional role responsible for delivering social performance and sustainability solutions for large energy, mining and infrastructure projects across the Asia and the Pacific and South America. - Delivered the social impact management plan of the $60 million solar project, AAPowerLink, Sun Cable- Contributed to the delivery of the Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of the $60 million solar project, AAPowerLink, Sun Cable. The study was carried out across three jurisdictions (Australia, Indonesia and Singapore) and in accordance with the World Bank's guidelines and IFC principles.- Conducted confidential due diligence processes against international standards (OECD, UN Global Compact) and jurisdictional legislation for projects operating in Australia and the U.S.- Contributed to the delivery of the business development plan of Hatch’s community engagement and social performance practice for Asia and the Pacific and South America.- Increased Hatch's leadership and visibility on climate change and sustainability through thought leadership initiatives

- Pioneered and architected global impact initiatives on the social and environmental aspects of sustainability, ultimately increasing business opportunities and a global contact network of +500 contacts (in Australia only) that championed the AIBE’s research team quality, service features globally. Major impact initiatives include but are not limited to the inception of the Centre of Excellence in Mining in Colombia; the Australia-Latin America Sustainability Symposium and AIBE’s Conversation Series (gathering +400 ambassadors, senior government representatives and corporate executives from large mining companies, namely, BHP, Orica, Newcrest, MMG and South Pole) as well as senior government representatives). - Elevated average of scientific production and project delivery at UQ through resource mobilisation for projects over 1 million, 4 books, 34 book chapters, 8 journal articles, 1 Scientific Journal Special Issue, 3 policy reports, 3 supervised Master students, 10 grant submissions and 10 public engagements- Spearheaded aggressive drive to establish partnerships and new products, between UQ and the United Nations system under the project (UN International Resource Panel’ and the AIBE – UN ESCAP Fellowship Program).

- Developed a model to corporate sustainability for members of the UNESCAP Business Advisory Council’s task-force on banking and finance, resulting in a reinforced relationship and resource mobilisation between EBAC and corporate. The project also resulted in other outcomes in the form of capacity-building and high-level reports, such as the policy guidelines Socially Responsible Business: A Model for a Sustainable Future.-Project manage policy research on COVID-19 responses to Climate Finance and Carbon Markets with a focus on the resource and banking sectors in Asia and The Pacific; deliver policy, scientific outputs and supervise interns

Multifaceted role contributing to various United Nations agencies’ vision for driving sustainability outcomes and strategy, and simultaneously strengthening stakeholder engagement and project management —delivering high-level, quality outputs within tight deadlines (in the form of policy reports and capacity-building), accelerated partnership building, and resource mobilisation. Developed high-level reports and processes; built research consultancy teams in collaboration with think tanks and universities, developed and introduced scientific-based sustainable development models to partners. Key contributions and results:- Recruited and trained a team of 8 interns and research professional at UNESCAP and UNU-IAS challenged to conduct policy, stakeholder analysis and consultations for international projects, and roll out substantial knowledge management across UN agencies and universities worldwide. Supervised data collection and analysis, as well as communications and relationships between the UN, internal, external partners (private sector, governments, civil society organisations and universities) and recruited staff. - Upon successful funding attraction through the Japan Society of the Promotion of Science (JSPS), effectively completed the UNU-IAS project ‘Stakeholder Networks for Impact Sustainability Research and education’, resulting in scientific and policy recommendations for three case studies (Zambia, Japan, Australia) of the global network Regional Centres of Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development. Selected outputs, such as ‘Higher Education for Sustainable Development’ were published in reputable journals- Appointed as a co-investigator for the UNU-IAS project ‘Governance for Sustainable Development: Voluntary National Reviews’. Deliverables, such as ‘Implementing the 2030 Agenda in Asia and the Pacific’ were shared at the High-Level Political Forum in New York, ultimately changing government policies on the implementation of the SDGs

- Conducted the High-level Midterm Review of the Implementation of the Istanbul Programme of Action (IPoA) in Angola and within a tight deadline, developed a high-level report on Angola’s graduation from the least developed country (LDC) category. Project’s outcomes were later presented at the United Nations General Assembly- Developed the Mining Code for Angola in alignment with the African Mining Vision and built the Angolan government capacity to trace the Angola’s roadmap 2030 on sustainable resource development. Deliverables were presented (in English and Portuguese) directly to the Minister of Geology and Mines of Angola and his cabinet, UNDP Angola and CATOCA diamond mining company

Developed a model to corporate sustainability for members of the UNESCAP Business Advisory Council’s (EBAC) task-force on banking and finance, resulting in a reinforced relationship and resource mobilisation between EBAC, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and its stakeholders who also benefited from project outcomes in the form of capacity-building and high-level reports, such as the books/toolkits ‘Corporate Agenda of Sustainable Development’ and Socially Responsible Business: A Model for a Sustainable Future.

- Assigned to project manage the governance component of the Colombian Bilingual Program as part of the Government’s strategy in strengthening English proficiency across Colombia. Compounding general project management difficulties was the embryonic state of bilingual programs at local education authorities, and the subsequent lack of infrastructure to support large-scale capacity-building. Despite numerous challenges, successfully delivered assignments on time and on a budget.- Reinforced multi-stakeholder coalitions amongst the British Council, the Ministry of Education of Colombia and local government entities to implement economic competitiveness policies on bilingual education and work-related competencies in 95 certified local education authorities of Colombia- Assigned to manage and deliver the overall execution of language immersion programs (English, Spanish and Portuguese) for +10000 educators, resulting in substantive mobilisation and capacity-building certified local education authorities.
