I was responsible for handling import and domestic purchases for three locations. I also initiated e-invoicing through a vendor portal, reducing paperwork and lead time, and improving supplier relationships. I worked closely with the raw material team in conducting nine successful e-auctions for transportation of raw materials, and led the transition to SAP from IIS throughout the Coated Abrasives division of Grindwell Norton Ltd, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain.I am a proficient supply chain professional with strong skills in global sourcing, cost optimization, risk management, stakeholder management, and crisis management. I have proven competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results in challenging environments.
