Drishti is an Program Officer - Concurrent Measurement and Learning for Project Concern International (PCI), based in Lucknow, India. She is an expert in qualitative research and evaluation, with basic knowledge of quantitative data analysis. She has exceptional computer skills and can operate various software, including STATA, Q-GIS, ArcGIS, NVivo, Tableau, ODK, and Go Survey. In her 1.5 years at PCI, she has contributed significantly to conducting two sample surveys and collect concurrent Management Information System (MIS) data. She has also developed structured and semi-structured research/study tools and ODK-based tools for data collection for 'program quality assessment and support' and 'efficacy testing.' She has imparted training to Investigators and Supervisors on survey questionnaires for data collection through CAPI and prepared and rolled out field operation plans for smooth data collection in all surveys.As part of her role, she keeps track of data collection on a daily basis and ensures timely collection, submission, and management of MIS data. She has undertaken periodic field visits for data quality audits and validates project data collected from the field with available secondary information. She is highly proficient in data analysis, having conducted rigorous cleaning of data to identify data gaps and conducted preliminary analysis of the data using MS Excel and STATA. She has also developed Geographic Information System (GIS) Maps by applying geo-visualization techniques and spatial analysis to routinely collected CML data. Additionally, she has prepared creative presentations via data visualization to present the study findings.Prior to her role at PCI, she has served as a Program Officer for the Association for Stimulating Know-how, where she developed structured and semi-structured research/study tools (IDI, FGD, KII, and Checklist) and Go Survey-based tools for quantitative data collection. She conducted extensive fieldwork in various parts of India to complete qualitative studies (IDI and FGD), transcribed interviews, and analysed the transcribed documents using NVivo. She also performed data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis using Excel/ STATA, conducted desk research, document review, and literature review, and prepared research reports and creative presentations via data visualization.
