Growing up in a small town, my passion for teaching and empowering people led me to dream of making a meaningful contribution to society. However, after a backhand job through campus placement in 2014, I quickly realized my love for numbers wasn't enough to keep me satisfied.Fortunately, my strong communication skills allowed me to transition into a more fulfilling role in sales training at Concentrix in 2015. Over the course of four years, I deepened my understanding of behavior, trainee and customer psychology, learning curves, and sales mechanisms.Following a six-month study break to complete my masters in 2019, I resumed my career as a Onboarding Manager. I now manage a team of five while continuing to contribute my expertise in sales and training to my organization.At work, colleagues often describe me as someone who can add value to any project. I take pride in living up to that reputation and continuously striving to exceed expectations.
