1. Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.2. Involved in Screening, Shortlisting, conducting HR interviews & negotiating salaries.3. Responsible in maintaining Annually MIS reports.4. Coordinating with the various departments & project managers to make sure that new hires meet the resource demands for the projects that they support.5. Responsible in Managing resources, planning project requirements as per the business need.6. Handles an induction program for all the new joiners with joining formalities.7. Coordinate on ongoing positions and interviews with the hiring managers.8. Prepare recruitment material and posting jobs to appropriate portals.9. Involved in providing end to end support on Confirmations, Performance Appraisal & performance management activities.10. Execute various welfare activities like birthday celebration, team engagement activities, annual programs, etc.

1. Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases and social media2. Screening candidate resumes and job applications.3. Designing and implementing an overall recruitment strategy.4. Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.5. Coordinating on ongoing positions and interviews with the hiring managers.6. Preparing recruitment material and posting jobs to appropriate portals.7. Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports.8. Drafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.9. Using HR databases like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) for a better understanding of the ongoing and previous openings.10. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
