One of 12 and the first Indian participant in the world's leading serial storytelling program. Serial Eyes is Europe's premier professional program for television writing specializing in the successful US Writer's Room model. Here, I developed an original 30 min comedy series for the UK market with mentorship from some of the finest working TV writers and producers from the US, UK, and Europe such as Frank Spotnitz (Man in the High Castle), Sarah Linton (Killing Eve), Bo & Jantje (Dark) Ritchie Mehta (Delhi Crime), and many more. I also had the pleasure of sharpening my skills as a staff writer for my 11 brilliant co-participants, whose projects vary in genre, formats, and languages. I feel privileged to be at the forefront of International TV industry practices and believe we are leading the way with our dynamic, collaborative, market-informed approach to artistic screenwriting.

Managed a team of writers who worked on multiple creative content projects. Responsible for grooming and building the team while chasing monthly revenue targets, and dealing directly with my clients. I also worked with Senior Content Managers on creating content strategies for blogs and digital campaigns, crafting content samples, and maintaining quality amongst the writer team.
