• Develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers, as defined ion the local sales KPI's. • Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ response documents.• Generate and distribute specific reports as required in alignment with the position.• Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, and Operations.• Focus on winning and keeping profitable business.• Take the lead in negotiating and closing deals by uncovering and addressing objections/ concerns from the customer.• Accurately track growth opportunities through a customer relation management CRM tool.• Manage existing business accounts and continuously exude the highest level of customer service.• Work in a blended role of operations and sales in a collaborative office environment.

-UAE & Bahrain VAT registration, Amendments and de registration.-GST Return filing.-Preparation TDS.-Tax preparation, VAT filing, VAT payments, refunds etc.-Checking the intercompany transactions and verify the entries-Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger operations and scrutinizing.-Reconciliation of Bank and customer accounts-Preparation and analysis of financial statements.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare asset, liability and capital accounts.-Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. -Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

-Communicate with customers who have escalated issues to determine beneficial resolution and ensure timely follow-up to verify that complaints have been addressed and satisfied.-Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.-Clarifying customer’s Queries through direct communication E-mail or Telephone.-Responsible for compiling a monthly customer service metrics report that was presented to the other executives.attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.-Preparation and filing of required forms and return with respective Authorities.-Prepare reports & update day to day reports.-Send all the Quotations regarding the software.
