It is through real exchange that we can build sustainable, human solutions that meet the real needs and potential of each🔝.”After a DEA Diploma of Advanced Studies in Chemistry (option Organic and Structural Chemistry) from Hassan II University-Casablanca (Morocco), 1992, I obtained a PhD in Sciences👨‍🎓 in 1999 from the University of Mons-Belgium (UMONS).In 2000, I joined the Belgian R&D center Materia Nova, specialized in innovative materials and processes, as a researcher in the field of chemical gas sensors. A few years later, I extended my skills to other areas of expertise, such as photo and bio-catalytic materials for air treatment and became Scientific Leader of Materia Nova's wet-coating activity. With 25 years' experience in research and development, I have been involved in setting up and managing a dozen very ambitious projects within Materia Nova and in collaboration with other research organizations and/or companies. In June 2016, with two colleagues, we created the @B-SENS spin-off active in the field of fiber optic-based monitoring systems.I am also author and co-author of around 60 collaborative publications and 5 patents.🧗My commitment is based on 4 essential values🔆 : exchange, sharing, respect and co-construction.
