•Manage overall conduct of project.•Responsible for correspondence and information management between sponsors, centres, CRAs, subcontractors. •Ensure that sponsors requirements, timetables and deliverables are met.•Ensure compliance to Good Clinical Practice guidelines.•Complete ethics committee submission procedures. •Design patient informed consent forms in accordance with applicable ethics committee boards guidelines.•Identify potential investigators and complete centres feasibility assessment and visits.•Act as the primary contact for protocol related questions and clarify centres questions regarding patient’s inclusion/non-inclusion criteria and protocol procedures. •Ensure follow up of patients’ enrolment in the centres participating in the studies and perform regular motivation visits to centres to boost patients enrolment.•Supervise project management team members.•Organize investigators meeting and team members training
