Maintain all incident/crisis management plans provided for the appropriate response to incidents that threaten or may threaten corporate operations, assets, or personnel, including the procedures associated with incident reporting and investigation.• Continually monitor and assess conditions that relate to potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the enterprise.• Maintain intelligence information regarding physical & cyber security matters to current operations.• Maintain strong working relationships with customers for force protection, OPSEC, movement control, asset protection, emergency action plan, and other corporate specific security issues as required.• Direct FOB security site assessments, initially and as required, to ensure that Ovit's customers are safe-guarded.• Define program scope, resources and funding requirements to carry out physical security programs• Provide physical security department budget and forecasting input to include working with the site managers to ensure security positions are right-sized, overtime or excess hours used judiciously, and staffing levels at 100%.• Provide physical security support to the RFP/proposal development process as required.• Conduct physical security investigations, with scope to unsafe or unethical security practices mitigation.• Oversee and perform physical audits of sites based on developed standards as well as make recommendations based on findings.• Author and data owner of Company’s policies, procedures and certification manual.
