Moka is a high energy coffeeshop that prides itself on memorable customer interactions, and a drink that is handmade and personal. While working at Moka I had the responsibilities of not only a Barista but of a Shift Leader. As a barista I was responsible for making drinks and ensuring that every customer has a unique and memorable positive experience. As a Shift Leader I was responsible for various things such as handling and counting all of the money the store made, leading the employees of the store, training new employees and solving the various problems that arose in the store.

My responsibilities as a Slide Attendant included ensuring that every patron had a positive and safe time at the water park. I was in charge of regulating areas such as the water slides and the child play area; making sure that all of the rules were being followed and every child and patron remained safe and in good hands.
