Every TIPS client is looked at from a strengths-based perspective. While it's easy to dwell on flaws and failures, highlighting and accentuating your strengths can be transformative. A strengths-based perspective helps you identify your strengths, gain confidence, and achieve your goals. We will ask about past personal successes and help you recognize the strengths and talents that enabled you to succeed. These exercises aim to help you see beyond failures and doubts, uncovering your true strengths and power.To facilitate treatment, homework may be assigned, such as practicing tools learned in session or learning more about yourself between sessions.
