• Manage Executive / VP relationships to drive hiring strategy and execution for the organization’s product and engineering requirements• Consult and influence Hiring Leaders on process and best practices for fulfillment by sharing market insights and competitive landscape• Provide ad-hoc reporting to executive leaders and stakeholders as needed• Partner closely with Talent community, HRBP’s, Finance, Compensation, Legal and Immigration for holistic client/hiring support and candidate experience• Oversee all LATAM hiring for GTM: E-Commerce, Fraud Prevention, and Sales• Own and drive fulfillment for 15-30+ requirements in our Digital Media Organization• Effectively partner with assigned Talent Scouts and Talent Coordinators on business and candidate process• Created data-driven model to analysis trends on where our candidates are coming from by using our data to understand what markets, industries, companies, and geos to expedite hiring at Adobe. Identifying potential before other competitors• Create best practices for Recruiters and Hiring managers to continue to improve bias awareness in the interview process. • Identify, screen and present technical talent from a full life-cycle recruiting stance• Provide mentorship and guidance as Sr. Talent Partner to junior Talent team members and Talent Scouts
