Major Responsibilities:I have been leading the overall recruitment process for youth managers/officers in three FP2030 hubs situated in Abuja, Nairobi, and Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, I have been initiating, designing, and managing the Adolescent and Youth Center of Excellence, ensuring its effectiveness. Offering strategic managerial guidance for the creation and execution of FP2030's global Adolescent and Youth strategy has also been part of my responsibilities. Major Responsibilities:I have collaborated with Francophone Countries Officer to assist sixteen francophone commitment-making countries and partners in reaffirming their commitments to FP2030 and finalizing their progress towards FP2020 goals. I have coordinated and facilitated regular communication with country focal points to update them on their commitment processes and explore opportunities for inter-country exchanges. Additionally, I have assessed and offered insights on 16 country commitments and strategies upon request from country focal points.Key Deliverables:• Played a pivotal role in post-2020 strategic transition within the partnership and Support Network by establishing 2 regional hubs in Africa, 1 in Asia, and 1 in the LAC region.• Translated and customized FP2030 materials for Francophone audiences, including newsletters, briefs, webinars, country meetings, announcements, and templates.• Offered technical support on family planning to 8 countries throughout their commitment development phase.• Contributed to strategic evolution post-2020 within the partnership and Support Network, facilitating the establishment of 2 regional hubs in Africa, 1 in Asia, and 1 in the LAC region.

Additionally, I have collaborated with a team of ten physicians in a 120-bed semi-urban hospital serving a community of 45K residents. I supervised the Antenatal Clinic and family planning unit within the health facility, providing daily consultation and follow-up care for pregnant women.Key Deliverables:• Prepared and submitted monthly reports to the Chief Medical Officer.• Managed patients with diabetes and hypertension, conducted outpatient consultations, and treated various tropical diseases.• Designed and implemented capacity-building and career development programs for interns.

Major Responsibilities:I have executed health screenings for 5K+ children and elderly individuals, administering medications, deworming treatments, and Vitamin A supplements. Additionally, I managed malnutrition cases and offered maternal, newborn, and childcare support.
