Managed the daily operations and administrative requirements of four (4) residential care facilities (ARFs, RCFE, GH) licensed by Community Care Licensing, prepared work schedules to provide for adequate staffing for each facility. managed the facility’s budget, hired, directed, trained, motivated and developed a stable, competent work force, provided direct care and supervision to residents, collaborated with affiliated families, agencies and professionals to meet the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social and recreational needs of each resident, provided behavioral intervention, and participated in the development, implementation and assessment of individual service plan goals.
