DHI is a holding company for two separate companies - DigiPrax and Reconxile. We've launched a new Medical Practice Management Application called DigiPrax. We manage our own Medical Claims switch (EDI system) called DigiSwitch. Our medical Bureau assists healthcare practitioners in better understanding the business component of their practice.

The South African National Joint Registry (SANJR) was established in 2012 and underwent an extensive pilot period to ensure that its secure online system could facilitate all joint replacement surgery data across South Africa. The high quality of data collected by the SANJR will facilitate an early warning system ensuring that patients’ safety remains a priority. In a continuous drive to improve the quality of outcomes and ensure the quality and cost effectiveness of joint replacement surgery, the SANJR will monitor and report on outcomes, offer support and enable functional research to be performed. The SANJR currently collects data on hip and knee joint replacements across both South Africa’s public and private healthcare sectors.South African National Joint Registry’s Mission‘The South African National Joint Registry collects accurate and relevant data related to joint replacement surgery in both the public and private health sectors of South Africa. DigiPrax was established in 2013 with the aim of assisting medical practitioners in digitising their practice.
