• Served as the official institutional spokesperson for HCCC in the absence of the President.• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to conduct the College’s external and internal communications program with an emphasis on local, regional and national media relations. • Implemented and coordinated all internal and external campus communications, institutional advertising and advancement publications, web site activities, as well as direct supervision of Public Relations staff, and coordination of relationships and related activities with the Office of the President, all College Deans, Directors, and professional and support staff.

Duties required me to assist the President of Herkimer County Trust with oversight of bank-wide marketing, public relations, security and facilities. Supervision was exercised over the bank’s Security Officer, Marketing and Facilities personnel. This was a senior administrative position with responsibilities for oversight of all public relations, marketing, facilities management and security operations for 12 bank branches, 3 stand-alone automated teller machines and 14 buildings across two counties. Responsibilities also included oversight of all internal and external media, marketing and public relations initiatives, brochures, pamphlets, mass media coordination and event management and related media coordination. Our Senior Management positions were eliminated in the merger between Herkimer County Trust and SBU Bank.
