My philosophy and speaking skills are supported by three decades of research and development in functional medicine resulting in authoring five books, including: Carbs from Heaven Carbs from Hell, Goodbye Illness, Hello Wellness, Change Your Mind Transform Your Body, Pcynogenol: Nature’s Premier Antioxidant, Kick Acid Nutrition, numerous appearances on national radio and television programs, articles published in national publications, 30 years of clinical experience treating over 13,000 patients, the formulation of whole food nutritional products for my nutritional company as well as other national brand nutritional products.Since 1986, I have been northeast Ohio's leading expert in functional medicine. I have had the privilege of treating over 13,000 patients with safe, evidence based natural medicine. I have witnessed the healing power of nature restore health in thousands of patients who were told by their doctors they had to be on medicine for the rest of their life. Many of these people were told that surgery was the only option they had left. Yet, today these people are living drug free lives with all their body parts in tact, right where nature intended them to be. As a board certified chiropractic physician with an undergratuate degree in nutrition, hundreds of hours of study in functional medicine, and close to completing a diplomate status in clinical nutrition, I am on a perputual quest to learning the most advanced information on evidence based natural medicine.
